Sunday AM Knitting Club

Sunday AM Knitting Club, what a great great group of gals. Some of us do a lot of airport knitting, some of us knit only on the Sundays we get together, and most of us are in between. Non the less, getting together to knit is such a pleasure. We talk, knit, talk some more, eat and drink, and then talk yet more. Thank God/Goddess for Knitters.

Hypertufa

So, where did that name come from? In an email @ early summer, when I and friends were trying to decide on a Group Project, I saw the word Hypertufa. One gal pal offered to organize it, so she did, and a bunch of us joined her. What fun! We molded planters in various plastic containers, took it home to cure outside for weeks, left it outside for weeks more to cure some more, and finally planted them. These are mine. I am told they should make it through the winter. We will see about that, so far I am just making sure the squirrels dont bury their hickory nuts in them.
